Between Raiders home games at Allegiant, championship fights and residencies at T-Mobile Arena, U2-caliber runs at Sphere, the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix in November, and the NFR takeover in December, there is barely a weekend without a major event tightening the map. Getting to the venue is the easy part; leaving on time is where private chauffeur service pays for itself.
Our dispatch team plans every event night around three questions: which entrances are open to private vehicles, where the police closures start and end, and where we can legally stage post-event without circling. The answers change from event to event and sometimes from night to night — which is exactly why we prefer chauffeur pickups over rideshare during show weeks.

If your trip is already booked, our dispatchers will send a pre-event text 90 minutes before pickup with the current best meet point for that night's event. If you have not booked yet, reserve early during F1 week and NFR — the fleet books out first for those two.
