These Terms & Conditions apply to reservations made with TDF Transportation and to use of this website. They are provided for general reference and should be reviewed alongside any written confirmation you receive at the time of booking.
Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a reservation, using this website, or receiving transportation from TDF Transportation, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the site or our services.
Reservations
Reservations may be made through this website, by phone, or by email. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from our team. Requested times and vehicle types are subject to availability.
Quotes
Written quotes are estimates based on the information provided at the time of the request. Quotes may change if trip details are modified, if additional stops are added, or if travel time exceeds what was originally requested.
Pricing
Pricing is provided at the time of reservation and reflects the requested service. Additional charges may apply for extra stops, extended wait times, changes made after confirmation, or travel outside the originally quoted itinerary. Applicable taxes and fees may also apply.
Vehicle Availability
Vehicle availability is confirmed at the time of booking. In rare circumstances, we may substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle at no additional cost to fulfill your reservation.
Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers agree to:
- Provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and contact information
- Be ready at the confirmed pickup time and location
- Treat the vehicle, chauffeur, and other passengers with respect
- Refrain from unlawful activity, smoking, or open containers of alcohol where prohibited
- Wear seatbelts where required by law
Luggage
Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle assigned to your reservation. We ask that you share the size and number of bags when booking so we can assign an appropriate vehicle. TDF Transportation is not responsible for damage to fragile items packed in checked luggage.
Waiting Time
A reasonable grace period is provided for pickups. Additional waiting time beyond that period may be billed in increments as disclosed at the time of booking.
Additional Stops
Additional stops may be added on request and are subject to timing and availability. Additional charges may apply.
Service Area
Our primary service area is Las Vegas and the surrounding valley, including Harry Reid International Airport, the Las Vegas Strip, Downtown, Summerlin, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Green Valley, Southern Highlands, Lake Las Vegas, Boulder City, and Red Rock Canyon.
Long-Distance Trips
Long-distance trips to destinations such as Los Angeles, Phoenix, St. George, and Southern Utah are available by advance reservation. Pricing, timing, and driver logistics for long-distance service are confirmed in writing.
Weather Delays
Safety is our first priority. In the event of weather that affects safe operation, we may adjust routes, timing, or vehicles to maintain a safe trip.
Traffic
Travel times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, road closures, events, or construction. We recommend building appropriate buffer time into all itineraries.
Force Majeure
TDF Transportation is not liable for delays or failures to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, civil unrest, government action, mechanical failure, or acts of third parties.
Lost Property
Please check the vehicle before exiting. Items found after a trip will be held for a reasonable period. TDF Transportation is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or damaged personal property.
Vehicle Substitutions
In the event a specific vehicle becomes unavailable, we will provide a comparable or upgraded vehicle to fulfill your reservation whenever possible.
Payment
Accepted forms of payment and any required deposits will be disclosed at the time of reservation. All charges are payable in U.S. dollars.
Cancellation
Cancellation timeframes and any applicable fees will be provided when your reservation is confirmed. See our Cancellation Policy for additional information.
Refunds
Eligibility for refunds is determined based on the terms disclosed at the time of your reservation and the circumstances of the trip.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TDF Transportation's liability arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific reservation at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, and branding, is the property of TDF Transportation or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Content may not be reproduced without permission.
Website Use
This website is provided for informational and reservation purposes. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
