NFR week — the National Finals Rodeo, December 3 to 12, 2026 — turns Las Vegas into the biggest western-lifestyle event on the planet. Ten nights at the Thomas & Mack Center on the UNLV campus, Cowboy Christmas at the Las Vegas Convention Center, and nightly after-parties at Mandalay Bay, MGM Grand, the South Point, and Green Valley Ranch. Rideshare pricing during NFR is famously punishing; a pre-booked chauffeur is both cheaper and predictable.
For Thomas & Mack drops we approach from Swenson Street to the Cox Pavilion lot and use the pre-cleared VIP drop lane whenever possible. Tropicana Avenue is the choke point on nights when a UNLV basketball game overlaps — our dispatchers know the schedule and re-route in advance.
Cowboy Christmas at the Convention Center runs day-side and pairs naturally with an hourly chauffeur: we drop, wait, and reposition between the LVCC, Resorts World, and Wynn for lunch or a Strip afternoon. A Suburban is the workhorse here — plenty of room for shopping bags, hat boxes, and the inevitable custom boots.
After-parties are the real logistics puzzle. Winners' events at the South Point, buckle presentations at MGM Grand, and industry parties at Green Valley Ranch often overlap.
